כמשימתית, אתחיל מהשורה התחתונה: אימון הוא הייעוד וההגשמה האישית והמקצועית שלי !
נעים מאוד, אני שיר ששון, נשואה לעומר וחיה מזה כשנתיים בתנועה במזרח. אני מאמנת אישית וזוגיות מוסמכת לשכת המאמנים בישראל. בוגרת המסלול לאימון הוליסטי במכללת רידמן עם התמחות במערכות יחסים, ניהול רגשי, טראומה וכלים מעולמות המיינדפולנס. כיום חברת סגל בקורס לאימון הוליסטי.
הגעתי לעולם האימון בעקבות חיפוש למשמעות חדשה, כשעל הנייר – היה לי הכל; עבודה טובה, זוגיות שלמה. בחרתי לפתח את קריירה ניהולית שחשבתי שתגשים את כל שעל לבי. אבל ככל שסימנתי עוד V בדרכי למטרה, הפער בין מה שקרה בחוץ לבין מה שקרה בתוכי – ייצר בעיקר תסכול.
עד שהגיע הזמן, והתחלתי להתבונן ולשאול. מה אני באמת רוצה? כדי שיהיה אפשר באמת לבחור ולגדול.
אימון הוא תהליך שמכוון אותך, להגשמה עצמית בדרך הייחודית לך. בתהליך נציף חסמים שונים ונזהה מאיפה הם נובעים.
